Title: Millet Patties

Yield: 8 Patties

3cCooked, hulled millet
1/2cSesame butter
1/2cSoy flour
1/4cUnrefined oil
  Tamari soy sauce OR
  Sea salt to taste

Heat millet. Add soy flour and sesame butter, adding a little water if necessary. Stir in oil and season to taste. Shape into patties. Bake on oiled sheet at 350 degrees till brown. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
